"Dear, What is the difference with the 110 Overlay Plus which is SKU81906? I cant really tell from the specs."

The 81906 will acheive an overlay of 15-22mm with a 24mm overlay possible with maximum adjustment. The 81907 will acheive and overlay of 13-19mm and cannot be increased further.
